Will do racerone I don't know of any other avenue to take but to recheck everything from fuel to electrical. Start from square one again.

Oh and yes it still missing, that is what kills it like it hits something and dies, but will crank right back up with the miss there.

If what you actually mean is that the engine is constantly giving the effect that it is hitting a submerged object when at a high rpm, then dying..... that is not an ignition miss..... that indicates a lower unit jumping out of gear and back into gear.

JOE when I have it at idle at 1000 rpm and try to lower the rpm it die like its hitting something are on a very strong compression, on muffs it backfires out the propeller, right now I have it in a tub and it still seem to be doing the same thing but I can't hear the backfire, I see the engine make a slight jerk 2 or 3 times and dies unless I advance the spark to keep it running. Sometime it dies anyway but will start right back up. To keep it running I'm advancing the spark. I hope I made some since.

You're describing a "lean sneeze". Combustion happens in the crankcase due to lean mixture. If it's ever accompanied by a puff of smoke under the cowl, look for bad gaskets on the bypass covers or a blown-out seal between the crankcase halves.

While it's running put your hand over each carb and slightly restrict the flow, if it's a lean sneeze it will run better when you put hand over the bad carb.

I will try that this morning ondarvr, thanks, this is my first outboard boat, I do have white smoke around the motor coming up from below I think but I will try covering the carb and post results.

I'm really confused now, I went out to run the carb test, threw a little gas in each carb, started right up with spark advanced at 1000 rpm, cover and carb cover off, let it warm up to start missing to cover each carb. and it doesn't do it, it doesn't start jerking are sputtering, I sat and kept waiting for it to start doing something after getting warm but nothing, I lowered the spark advance with rpm down to 600 and just let it idle for 20 min, turned it off and let it sit a little bit and started right back up idling, Let it run longer no hiccups at all, I'm letting it sit awhile and going to go back out and ck it again, it is still in the tub so I have no idea what has changed since yesterday, when I turned it off last night it was still doing it.

Let it run at 600/700 rpms for a while, and check temp on top of heads -- IR gun if you have one. Could be a t.stat was sticking open, and you weren't getting warm up (guessing). Or sticking/wonky choke operation -- believe you have a choke rather than a primer.

Life is good again.....

Or whatever was blocking the idle passage has cleared out and you're all good. Time to hit the water!
