Can I use this prop?

So I accidently bought this prop over winter, I ment to order a 15" diameter and ended up with a 13" diameter prop.

It is going on a mercruiser alpha one, 120hp. My main concern is if this prop is designed for the alpha or does it even matter? I already run a rubex on it and the hub will work for this one.

The 'hub' that goes with the prop will decide the fit for the alpha . . . not sure you ordered the hub as well or if you already have one. Did you mean to order a 15" pitch prop? If so, then you may be OK if the boat is very light. On a typical or heavy boat, the prop will not do well for you.

If you did not mean to order a 15" pitch, nor the 15" diameter, then game over.

How does the hub size compare to the old prop/gearcase dia?
If the prop is unused, contact the vendor and see if they will exchange it
