I can't get my Johnny 50 running in my tub, plugs seem dry.
The primer bulb is hard without squeezing, I just unscrewed the 2 bowl screws and nothing came out.

When I disco the fuel line from the engine and pump the bulb I get plenty of gas.

Shouldn't there be gas coming out of the fuel bowls when I pull the two drain screws.

Where else to look?

Many thanks,
Jim

Yep... Gas ought to be pouring out of there! Either you have the primer bulb hooked up backwards (check the direction of the arrow on the bulb)... OR... the carburetor float needle valves are fouled/jammed solid and the carburetors need cleaning/rebuilding.

Have cleaned the carbs, needles are clean and floats are at correct height.
I'm working my way backwards and I have fuel in but not out of the fuel pump.
I'm currently taking apart fuel pump looking for blockages.
