Reading spark plugs (video)

Can you guys help me read the condition of these plugs? I looked at a few comparison charts and Im not confident about my prediction. The plugs after the 30 second mark show a bit more discoloration. Thanks in advance.

Yes, yes it is. RV12YC. The previous owner must have installed these, they are not the correct plugs. I've got the recommended ones properly gapped and installed now though. Does it look mildly lean or heavily? Any chance I caused damage to the engine by running it like this for a few hours?
