Aq131a exhaust manifold

I took off the exhaust manifold, the copper line that connects to the manifold and coolant reservoir has that opening that has threads. I was wondering if that and the other little open port that is next to it are supposed to have a bolt screwed into it to close the system or what?

I keep trying to post the picture of it but it's saying its to big of bytes

The larger threaded hole should have a pipe plug or drain valve.
The two smaller holes are for bolting up the copper tube, which shows up in your picture.

If you use a drain valve, you should open it up after taking boat out of water, like back at the house..
If your boat is kept in water most of the time, there is not much point in draining as the exhaust manifold will have 100% humidity in it.

What about the other hole that's next to the copper but on the actual manifold? Not where the bolts connect the copper
