I'm going to replace the deck on my 1994 Maxum boat. I removed the old deck and going to cut the replacement plywood tomorrow. I'm planning to cover it with fiberglass on both sides and then use the cloth on the top and cover all the holes if I drill any with fiberglass before putting the screws. The question I have is if I should cover the bottom of the plywood with the cloth as well or the cloth should be put only on the top side? Thx

I just started glassing my underside w/csm. Just for some water resistancs and it's cheap. Made me feel better knowing it was glassed. I've heard it going both ways in opions. It did defintely stiffer up the pcs of wood.
