Gas Pouring Out of Carburator Primer Bulb

My 1997...25 HP Force outboard has gas pouring out of the primer bulb while motor is running. It fills the lower compartment of the engine. Anybody know what causes this and what is the solution to problem. Thanks

The bulb rubber is cracked or torn. Replace it.

What is the motor serial number?

The serial number is OF206546 made by Mercury Marine. I would consider selling but I live in St. Augustine, FL. It runs. Thanks all for the answers.
