MSD ignition and esa Wiring question

I put an MSD ignition in my boat now the two wires that went to the coil are left hanging how do I hook up the esa can I just take the two hanging wires and put them back on the coil someone said the white wire from the ignition control box will ground control box should I hook this to the ground wire that went to the coil that's hanging?

Yes .

what engine / distributor are you working on ? is it an MSD box that you are installing ?

Yes its a billit distrubuter wired to an ignition control modual both msd. Its a 5.7l that I put in the boat replacing the 4.3l.

You might want to try calling CDI electronics tech support they might know how to make this work with the Cobra.
