Well we have all benches out and trailer is in for powder coating. Trying to decide if we want to take the run rail off. Do you guys think we could find something similar? Also looking for a best suggestion on what to put back down on the deck and benches after we sand them. Do we need to take them all they way down to the wood or can we just sand somewhere between lightly and all the way.

Is the splash rail beat up? I would try and reuse if possible as long as its not in too bad shape ..
If it was me I would take everything back down to clean wood .. But then i'm a glutton for punishment .. :facepalm:
Marine spar varnish would be my choice to put on it .. There are a few brands ...

Thanks. But I meant rub rail. The rubber rub rail all around the top of the boat
