Thru hull exhaust leak

Hey y'all. I believe one of my thru hull exhaust ports is leaking water into the bilge. It looks like it's coming in from the lower bolt hole, best I can tell. I thought about removing the thru hull tip but it seems like it's impossible with risking further damage. Anyone have any suggestions as to sealing around the tip and the bolt hole? Could I use a clear silicone around it and in the hole?

Any tips for removing? I'm afraid to beat it off, which seems like the only way possible.

Is this a crack? It may your leak and the tip would need replacing.

I believe that's just superficial and only in the powdercoat.

I know it isnt what you want to hear. But my experience with this stuff is. Take it off look at the mating surfaces. It is painfully obvious then if it is a crack and where it is leaking. Then as Scott said if all is well fingers crossed assemble correctly using new sealer.

take the 4 screws out, use some anti-bond and hit the sealant used, use a sharpened utility knife to work the sealant, it will come out.

Any recommendations as to what product to use to break that bond? It seems like what was used from the factory was meant to be permanent.
