After tearing the boat down to look at all the connections I found the fuel pump wires rubbing the cool fuel bracket, it wasn’t worn through completely but I went ahead and put a new pump on. After wrapping it all up and double checking everything I found the negative battery cable loose on the deep cycle battery which goes directly to the block. I found that when I was running a separate ground from FP to the battery before the test run so I can test with a volt meter. I will know tomorrow if that little detail is what caused all this headache.
