Fixed a leaking fuel line to get the the vacuum back.after that it fired her right up but the problem is now there's tons of white smoke could be mixed ratio but also it turned the barrel of water I was using milky way any ideas why it turned milky white?

White smoke indicates water within the combustion area.

Milky white is usually what is described if water enters the gearcase area. A barrel of milky white??

I'd suggest checking the gear-lube and the head gasket.

Hey thanks for the fast reply and by barrel I mean what I set the motor up in so it can run. It had clean water when I started the motor but after a few minutes of running the water was a milky white color.

Will water in the combination area dissipate after running it for a little while?

Normal for the water to look messy with oil after a test run. ----Few drops of dish soap makes it go away.

Ok sweet also when running it there was a hole about Midway up the lower unit that was pushing out a white substance any idea what that is?

Also just cracked open the top oil screw since the bottom seems to be seized up and the oil is a brown mustard color I'm assuming that isn't a good thing?

Definitely change the gear lube in the gearcase. Best would be to pressure test it to see if the seals need to be replaced, you can make a pressure tester if you can't borrow/rent one, search the web for instructions.

"tons of white smoke" is kind of vague. Could be steam, could be too much oil in the fuel, could be a carburetor way out of adjustment. A two stroke engine running in a barrel will be kind of smokey. Replacing the head gasket is cheap and easy, also gives you a chance to clean the water passages and inspect the piston/cylinder. But first, I'd start by checking compression in both cylinders and pressure testing the lower unit.

Tomhath tons of white smoke as in that's way too much for a 2 stroke lol. I had a 2 stroke dirt bike and it is a normal 2 stroke smoke times 100 lol

LOL. Yeah, I once had a riding mower that smoked like a WWII destroyer trying to hide from a Japanese battleship. It had a bad head gasket, of course that was a 4-stroke.
