Alpha one gen 1 water leak???

Hello, so I just replaced my impeller with both housings and gaskets now I got good water flow coming good on one side and the other side just a little is this normal also I noticed that water drips under by where the hoses are is this normal I don’t remember it leaking from there before but I could be wrong I attached photos of where it’s leaking is this normal ???

Normal. Those are the idle relief ports. They both come off the single exhaust passageway through the transom. Kind of random which gets more water. However, if you ever overheated and burned up a shutter, those shutters falling into the exhaust passageway can end up blocking one of these ports.

Okay thanks, also if you look close at those pictures i attached you can see water dripping for where the bellows are is there a relief port there somewhere to or do I have another problem

Up there should be dry if you have exhaust bellows and not a tube installed. Wouldn't be a u-joint bellows unless a bunch of other stuff is bad. I don't think I'd be worried much...

If I was wondering what was what, I'd surely spend the half hour to pull the drive off and look at it. It is so easy to do, and should ALWAYS be pulled as an annual inspection and re-grease anyway.

Okay i will probably do that, Do i absolutely need to check the engine alignment after reinstalling the drive ?

Ayuh,..... Alignment is done with the drive, Off,.....

if you expand that photo you can see the bellows is dry rot/ cracked.... I'd be replacing them.
