Mercury Warning Gauge Cluster

Hi all, I'm looking for a used or new Mercury Warning Gauge Cluster that works with a 1998 Optimax. The part has been discontinued and I'm having a very hard time locating one. The two Mercury part numbers for it are listed below and a picture of what the gauge looks like is attached. Any help locating one is appreciated!

Did not see NLA of not in stock but did find 2 places which say they have it

If unable to find one, could make one with an aluminum disk and use 4 LED's

Thanks, I did see the one at Outboard Paradise but the picture was wrong and price was high so I moved on. I wound up contacting them and they did confirm it is in stock (pic has been updated) but at $150 the price is about double of what I would expect to pay so I decided to just make my own as you suggested. I'll be about $30 in when it's complete.
