Any idea why there is no power in the system ?

Could be a few things but start with the basics.
Power at the + side of coil?
If no power, check at the key and is the kill switch tripped?
Where are you finding power?

No power in the + side of coil and no power in the electronic system , remember is a MPI engine.
and more the engine circuit breaker only kill the starter,
I checked the kill switch it’s good and only kill the coil power
I Install a Vessel View Mobile and the same not power to work.

I disassembled all the peripherals of the engine to change the head, but assembled correct all the wires and connections

Resume I’m crazy..

Thanks for help

Understand MPI
Breaker doesn't just kill the start, power from bat, to breaker, from breaker to red/purple feeding motor and ignition key, to purple wire, to 20 amp fuse or breaker, to gauges, to kill switch, to coil and motor ignition/alternator power

Since nothing comes ON, check power at key purple wire, then 20 amp fuse

I checked step by step you instructions and no power , but I recked the 15 amp fuse on the direct wire from battery to ECU and this fuse was good in appearance but when I tested the continuity it’s doesn’t work , I changed the fuse
and have power in the system.
And the engine started after a long time....

However , has some faults in the ECU

521-24 ECT Starboard above valid limit
2144-6 Misfire
2083-6 closed loop fuel control
511-24 Intake air temp above valid limit
402-25 manifold air pressure below valid limit
301-25 TPS below valid limit
3161-16 IAC detected problem when trying to output a signal to device

There is a ground issue would be my first guess. A ground connection is not connected

Different ground
The main electrical engine harness has a ground which is connected where your showing.
The EFI harness can have 1 to 3 additional ground connections. They are all smaller wires and connections are at different points

When I disassembled the engine, there was a wire with no connection, when reassembly continued without function.

Just remembered the motor was partially sunk in salt water. If water got into the harness or connectors there could be all kinds of gremlins which would keep showing up.

The wire in second pick would not be a harness ground, it would go to another accessory which may not have been installed.

Thinking about it more, it can also be on the power side. Each sensor has power, ground and a feed going to the PCM. The power and ground come from a single wire harness point. So the engine connectors, wiring harness to/from helm and anywhere in between. The problem is the sensor's connections to the PCM are showing invalid which is caused by a bad sensor or bead connection. Since there is more then one sensor this would say there is something in common.

Here is part wiring on a 555 PCM, this is just to show you how the sensors are connected, and may not be exactly how yours are done

Note
splice 100 supplies 5V
splice 101 supplies ground

After a few days I went to the boat and worked a little

Thanks AllDodge for the wire diagram and the good tips

I cleaned all ground and power connections and also all sensors and connectors

But the faults persist, although the engine works very good.

To finish the engine, it was necessary to assemble the power steering and connect the trim wires.

Does this have any influence on the faults ?

Not seeing the trim causing current faults. Don't remember but have the codes been cleared and they come back?

Don't think so, was just asking in case they were. Reading a bunch of different threads and things blur together at times.

Hey muc can you provide any input. In short, motor has salt water around some of the harness and has several faults

I think that all failures have a common origin, but the big question is precisely this.

some points that may be related

the tachometer is wrong

the VesselView Mobile does not have a water and oil pressure reading, but the in the dash the oil pressure is ok in the gauge

I can help you a little with the vesselview. You can not clear the code from the engine. There is a clear code for the app only. You can clear them from the app than see if they come back which it sounds like it will with what you have going on. If we have the same version the vessel view does have oil pressure and water pressure readings but they are kind of hard to get to.

Once the boat is connected tap on the rpm reading and this will take you to the gauge pages where you can select 4 different pages made up of all sensor readings your engine has, even some you do not. For example, mine shows incoming seawater temp, I do not have that sensor so it just shows 32.

You have to turn the key on to where the vessel view turns on to connect and get to what I was telling you about. If you are not connected to your engine than the pages will not show up.
