1992 305 mercruiser wont start.

Not sure if its been mentioned but double check your distributor components. Might not be making the contacts needed to spark your cylinders. My gut tells me if it started once but wont at all now, its not the carb, and rather a component that completely failed, usually electric.

This is a Thunderbolt IV system, no contacts... And yes, I already suggested he check spark...
