Hey guys" ...What is the Best Spark Plugs for Johnson 65esl72s ..?? also do they come pre-gapped or do i gap them ???

The recommended plugs are Champion L77JC4. gapped at 0.030" Check/set the gap yourself

When originally supplied it would have had UL77V surface gap plugs but these are no longer the recommended type
