On my 1958 Evinrude V4 50Hp, whenever I start it and let it run for a few seconds it leaks fuel from the bottom. Fuel pump is good, float doesn’t seem to be stuck, fuel lines look good. Maybe fuel is getting into the cooling system? Or coming from the exhaust? What is my problem?

The problem is you have probably the most notorious gas guzzler ever made. It doesn't burn all that gas, it dumps it. Adjust the carburetor while running on the lake and live with it. Sorry to tell you, it's "normal".

Wow, that’s crazy. So it’s coming from the exhaust?

Okay, how should I adjust this then? Also how what position should the high speed adjustment screws be at? You know the ones with the gears on them.

The Crankcase Puddle Drains are supposed to Purge into the Exhaust. Gas often spills from the Carb when engine is tilted up.
The Fat 50 had the distinction of being an Engine that didn't burn much more fuel as it ran faster
