I am trying to find the fuses in my new to me 1989 Four Winns 190 Freedom. The blower motor stopped working and I’m hoping it is just a fuse. I have looked behind the dash but see nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sure the breaker isn't tripped? If so reset it & see what happens. There's also a good possibility that the blower is just shot. The motor's burn out on them. The blower is a safety device to remove any gas fumes that may be in the bilge, so it needs to be taken care of.

1989 is probably going to have fuses . Keep looking for them , sometimes they are on the dash itself and there should more than 2 or so fuses which are usually clustered together . To check the blower hook up a 12 volt wire directly to the blower ,that will eliminate the switch or fuse as possibly being the problem if it doesn't work. . Blower may just need a tap to get her going ,sometimes after sitting they " seize " up.
