Gasket sealing compound substitute

I am trying find Evinrude 317201 Gasket Sealing compound

but getting aviation gasket sealant Loctite
Can anyone assure me this OK to use...
not chemical engineer...

What gasket are using it on?
Head gaskets normally come pre-applied and other gaskets arent too fussy about what you use imo

my first try at this want to get it right...
