Adding pods to poling skiff

I’m building a poling skiff and I want to put pods on the back and I want them to be a part of the construction of the boat any suggestions on how to do this. I’m using polyester resin so I cannot use it to adhere to wood

Might consider 1 topic about building a poling skiff and all that you plan to add/modify or chance from whatever original plan you used when you started the build. Instead of multiple parts and pieces topics.

You got replies in the console thickness topic you started, but no followup from you about their questions.

Wooden (plywood?) skiff build? Made w polyester resin and glass? Why cant you use polyester for the pods?

If poly doesn't work on wood, how are you securing the stringers to the hull?

What plans are you building from? Building from scratch is on the bucket list for many of us.
