Running rough when cold

Hey folk. We’ve got a Maxum 2100 about 2009 model. Anyway the mercruiser inboard, when cold, struggles to get going. It’s like it’s being flooded. Eventually it come food after about 3-4 mins of messing around with the controls. Do these engines have an auto choke that might be stuck open or not disengage until the engine reaches a certain temp. Once warm it runs fine.

There's several options,...... The serial number would be Great, too,....
