Just picked up this beauty today for just a couple hundred bucks. It was pretty cold in Wisconsin today but I had to at least get something done with the boat. I was too excited to just let it sit all day. I am completely tearing out all of the decking, consoles and storage compartments. I will be fully customizing the interior to maximize fishing space. All of the wood was rotted and squishy so it was a good motivator to start with a clean slate. My pictures are kinda all over the place today because they were all taken out of excitement, with no intention of sharing on a forum. After reading tons of things on here, I decided I would share my journey as well. I have learned so much just from reading from you guys and I hope someone can learn something from me. More updates to come!

I know I haven’t moved mountains or anything but I’m proud of the progress. I had planned to have all of the decking out today but I got sidetracked by the motor. I know this thing runs but for some reason it’s not starting now. I included a video of what is going on, so if someone else has any suggestions please let me know.

Via my cell, I dont bave a recommendation on uploading *.mov files other then you probably shouldnt.

Dont knownif you can embed them IN your post instead of attachments that have to be opened.

Embedded pix work better then attachments too.

Youtube videoa are easy to insert/embed into a poat w no redirect to youtube.

Sorry for the delays on progress. I have a newborn and a new boat, I’ve been busy to say the least. I have attached some of the pictures from the continued demo. I have the boat completely gutted and cleaned now. Starting this week, I will be replacing the fuel line (squirrels chewed through it), rewiring EVERYTHING (squirrels chewed a lot of it, and starting to lay the decking. Any tips of storage options are appreciated, I have hundreds of configurations in my head and am having a hard time deciding on one.

Suggest you follow his advise and start a topic if you have questions about the Force motor. The helpful and knowledgable folks that could help w specifics about Force motors dont venture into the rebuild topics as much.

The trailer may not have been supllied w the boat to the dealer so best guess would be to look for the vin plate info on the trailer somewhere.

Or pull a hub apart and see whats in it now.

The trailer that come with the boat is a trailer that matches the boat. All original graphics that are the same as the boat. If it were as easy as finding a VIN plate, I wouldn’t be asking you guys for help. It’s 33 years old and worn off. Let me say this again, I am doing a FULL rebuild. Boat, motor, trailer, everything. I mentioned that from the start. If you don’t have any interest in helping and only want to tell me where things should be posted, then you can stay off of my thread. Thanks

I'm replying this way so you see it. You don't want to accept any advice about posting in the right place to get answers to your questions and want to post questions and get answers in this FULL rebuild.

Lets suppose I know the answer to your trailer hub question, but have no interest in your FULL rebuild. I won't tell you because I don't know. See my point? The same with motor questions, you won't get answers.

Three Moderators have tried to help you, but you call us dicks in a report. I question your determination of who you call dicks.
