Picked up a 2015 Monterey with a 350mag that had 142 hours back in January. The boat ran great on the sea trial, but I wanted to start fresh. So I have changed the oil, gear oil, sucked out the trim oil and replaced, replaced spark plugs and distributor cap and rotor, and I’ve had the outdrive pulled to check the alignment. Props were checked to make sure they were within spec and balanced.
Anything else I should look for? I know it’s not. We, but I was to start off a close to new as I can since I plan on keeping the boat for 8-10 years.

Fuel filter, grease anything that needs greasing, check the manual for maintenance list, and do all that.

Replace IAC muffler. Also, you said props so assume it's a Bravo 3? Look... I know it's expensive but buy, and/or build, a drive dolly and check alignment yourself. Shops say they do it, my experience? They never do it. It takes two guys and bunch of time. If it's halfway close they shove it back together and out the door she goes. By the time the coupler gives way it can be blamed on many other things that can't be pinned on your visit. My 2 cents. Btw, grease the coupler if yours has a zerk.

Is the iac muffler the same as the iac filter? Most seem to be around 2 dollars, foe this engine it’s 9. That’s about the norm for me.

Probably. Mine is a small white filtery/foamy looking thing. As they age with use they turn black. If yours isn't gunked up you're fine to leave it. But as cheap as it is I replace yearly. Amazing the trouble they can cause if not attended to over time.
