I installed a new impeller kit. After reassembly and before running the engine, I am noting gear oil coming from the weep holes. It did not do this before and the engine had not been run. Any ideas?

2) You dropped the lower without taking off the upper and in reassembly the bottom seals on the upper got thrashed by a not straight in lift of the lower.
3) the quad ring on the oil passageway is crooked.
