MCT? mercruiser model designations are MCM, MIE and EC
most, but not all 4.3 liter engines use a 1.62 drive ratio. the ratio should also be printed next to the drive serial number located on the port side of the driveshaft (upper) housing
post your engine and drive serial numbers, those with access can tell you more info
Willing to bet if it is a carburated 190 hp you have a 1.81 drive, if you have an mpi a 1.62 drive but chris is right before you go prop buying whats your current prop design (aluminum or stainless 3 or 4 blade) and pitch plus current wot rpm. Are you looking for a replacement or to solve an issue like better holeshot ?
