I recently purchased a boat with this 1990 70hp Evinrude e70tles is what is in the title. Looked clean when I bought it, started right up when I purchased it. I took it out and it runs fine wide-open throttle, but it intermittently stalls when I’m at low idol in the no wake zone. I troubleshoot of the easy stuff replacing fuel lines the primer bulb was brand new and everything worked appropriately on that. I replaced them in line fuel filter. Replaced spark plugs. I took it back out and it still had the issue. I went to rebuild all three carburetors,And I noticed on the bottom carburetor there is an open brass port at the top of the carburetor. The two carburetors above it I have a small hole is that I believe goes to the primer. Did somebody who got another session before me forget to put the hose back to this, there’s no to your hoes that I can connect to it it’s just open?
