1989 bayliner 85hp Force Starting Issues

Hello everybody i was wondering if someone can help me , my 1989 bayliner 85hp force wont start anymore after my friend manually move choke while engine was running , now only crank but No start .

Is the choke stuck on?
If he manually activated choke, then change the plugs and use a bit of starting fluid. Could be he flooded the engine???

No is not stuck , I try starting fluid and only do back fire , i replace the spark plugs too and last night I order new started because I think we burn mine already is already is super weak when I try to crank , battery is full , so my guess now I need need started

No is not stuck , I try starting fluid and only do back fire , i replace the spark plugs too and last night I order new started because I think we burn mine already is already is super weak when I try to crank , battery is full , so my guess now I need need started
Make sure your battery-cables /ends are good & clean/tied.
The fly-wheel has to spin fast enough to produce the power to create enough voltage to make the spark
