Aluminum risers

I need new risers and i found aluminum for $99 each.. Are they inferior . I would think aluminum is better ??

Great on fresh water if you need to loose weight and keep on top of your maintenance. Not salt water friendly

Primarily salt water at this point. Makes sense.

Any opinion on best low price risers for wet system.

Either stick with cast iron,

Or switch to stainless

There is no good "low cost" option

Barr or OEM merc hold up well neither are low price. What ever you go with make sure the surfaces where riser/elbow seal are flat
