1999 454 magnum cranks but will not start

Hey, First time posting on a forum. I have a 1999 Baja Hammer with a 454 Magnum with Bravo drive. On the way back in the other day, after plane, shut off. I turned the key off and back on but didnt hear any alarms or fuel pump prime. Ended up getting towed in. While waiting for the tow boat, I noticed a cable going to the starter(not original cables) was loose. I tightened it up. Still no start. I put a new relay in for the fuel pump and still nothing. I jumped the 12V constant in the relay to the fuel pump and the pump came on. I replaced all three fuses on top of the motor even though they didnt look blown. I do not have fuel pressure tools or timing lights. Any ideas what i may be missing? I just bought the boat less than a month ago so i dont know the history of the boat except the previous owner had it for 14 years and was the second owner.

Need a motor serial number?
Being a 99 and pump not priming its probably a MPI

Get a voltmeter and see if your getting power to the key red/purple wire
Turn key to ON and see if the purple wire gets power
Then with key ON check for power at the coil

Im getting power at the key on one post with key off. When i turn the key on, I get power to the emergency shutoff and when I turn the key, I get power to the third wire connected. Sorry, cannot remember what color it was. Thinking it was yellow and red but not sure. I haven't checked at the coil. I tried to start it with starting fluid to see if i had spark and it fired

OK it cranks but does not fire. Does fire with starting fluid. It is a fuel problem and pump isn't being turned ON

The fuel pump relay is energized by the ECM by applying 12V to pin pin 85 green/white wire (coming from J2-9 on ECM). Pin 86 should be black and goes to ground. Place meter on pin 85 and turn key ON, see if it goes from 12V to zero volts.

If it does then the relay should energize
If voltage does cycle then check for 12V on pin 30

It read 12V on my test light for the key wires. I'm at work right now so I can't give you the number on the coil

All dodge, I decided to take it to a mechanic. With the fuel pump direct wired , it would come on but the engine still wouldn’t start. I gave up since my fiancé was about to get aggravated with spending so much time on it. I did pull the plug at the coil and I was getting spark but don’t know if it was 12v. I appreciate your help and if I had more time, I would work on it more but I want to try to enjoy the rest of the summer if someone can fix it fast
