1997 Searay 4.3 alpha one tilt trim issues

My motor will go down just fine but lifts up super slow. I have already switched out the trim limit and sender switches, I have also switched out the solenoids for the trim motor. I can’t figure out what to do next, any ideas would be appreciated?

Disconnect the two trim rams from the aft end of the drive and run them up and down, see of both are working.

Could be the trim pump up pressure is low. Try reversing the lines at the pump to see if it will raise with the lower pressure of the down side. Just remember to switch the lines back

Is the trim motor runnin' freely, or laborin', low rpms,..??

Have ya cleaned to shiny metal Clean, the trim system's battery cables,..??
Both ends,..??
