RPM falling back or motor stops

What could be the problem? Four Winns Vista 258 Volvo Penta 5.7 GSI. Engine starts, while sailing boat falls back in rpm or completely shuts down. After that, the boat does not start at all, both petrol pumps do not start anymore. After a while the boat starts again but the problem remains.Today still not running. After push the 12,5 amp reset all working again. Yesterday I did push the reset also but didn't work like today, what could be the problem

It could be your breaker has gone bad. When it won't start measure voltage on each side of the breaker to see if its present.

I know it's not factory, the function is an anti theft switch, but how I get the manual and were? I have the boat for 2 months now and have no manuals. Boat was very well and now i have got a problem and must search for info. It's a boat from 1999, the motor is revised in 2000

NEW UPDATE, high pressure pump was defect, amp get high and breaker did his work. Now waiting for replace a new pump
