VP 7,4GI cant start after 1o mins use

Hi.... i have a VP 7,4GI(1997) spec. nr 3868450 i have a problem with the fuel. the engine wont start when its hot, it get too much fuel.... the problem has been there since 1997 and no one can find the problem, i have replaced the ECU, fuelpump preassure is tested(approx 40PSI on high preassure side)
i hope some one can help me.... because Volvo Penta cant
