Hello, my 1998 150hp ficht has no spark to all 6 cylinders. I was told it went to limp mode but I see no faults in evdiag tool. Any idea how to tell if the emm is toast? Thx
Model # E150ILECR
I also get the below message when connecting to evdiag tool

limp... or safe mode would still produce ignition at 1200 rpms max on my post FICHT....ETEC 75hp.

that screen on EV diag almost implies corrupted files or SW or ..something

is that the only screen that pops up when connecting ???

Yes, it then goes into the tool where i can read the identification and monitor etc. however no spark.

if you have a service manual check whatever you can assoc. with ignition failures ... checlk connections between EMM and ignition coils!! look for a common problem before assuming the EMM is toast

1997-98 where the only Fichts with ignition module, the EMM fires the module. Get a OEM manual and test or call DFI and Marine Computer. Also double check the CPS.
