Cant seem to find a diagram that tells me what the name of this spring. Can someone help I need to order a new one as mine broke. Bottom of black arm. Sorry I am a new to repair of outboards. Also is there a fuel pump, the motor runs if I keep pushing the bulb but runs out shortly after pumping.

What engine? Make, hp, year and model number ?

Your fuel problem may be due to a defective pump or due to air in- leakage into the fuel line. Fuel line connector the prime suspect

I used parts book for 1970 25hp model 25002. Similar motors of the era, such as 20hp also used it.
