Got this 2000 Regal 2760 w/twin 4.3GL and sx drives. This was a live aboard if you can believe that, 3people and a dog. The motors run ok but the drives are not good. In the water for 1 1/2 years. the bottom wasn't to bad ,it was cleaned once a month but the drives paid the price. Plan is to pull off the drives and replace with duo props(sx-m w/ dps-m 1.95:1) already had all the deck seats recovered and have most of the interior apart(smells like wet dog and some other odors I don't want to think about) The real chore is the drivers. found a couple that I can make into one good one so I started by getting the new to me DP's torn down to find out what I needed the went to work on getting the sx drives off next week I'll drag the boat from storage to the house so I'm not working on rocks. A couple of other things I found, The props on the sx drives are 2 different sizes(weird) and I need to replace both pivot housings
