Recommend aftermarket carb for Merc 3.0L

I'm looking at either the Sierra 18-7370N, or one from National Carbuertors out of Jacksonville, FL.

Wondering if anyone has experience with either, or what you all would recommend.

I have not tried rebuilding it. I'm not sure I want to try doing it myself and paying someone is almost as much $ as just buying a new one.

My 3.0L is hard to start, needs me to baby the throttle for a while until it will idle by itself without dying, idles rough, rocks side to side, smooths out at increased throttle.

Also there's a crack on the top of my carb so I figure I might as well get a new one:

over powered the carb nut but I take it for parts and shipping
