Oil leak

I just bought a pontoon with a force 70 hp outboard. I replaced the seals in the lower leg and filled it up. I used the ear muffs to run the motor but I am getting some oil leaking out around the lower bolt head where the prop is.
I'm new to boating and I'm wondering if one of those seals I replaced is no good.

It is normal for a 2 stroke idling on a hose to have oil leaks.-----Look carefully it may well be the oil mixed with the gasoline.

That's what I was hoping for but it appears to have the same green color as the quicksilver I put in there

Did you put the seal/s in backwards or was there a groove on the shaft where the seal sets?
Pressure test?
I bought a Ryobi tire compressor, it had an attachment that works great for adding air to the lower to help check for leaks. Soapy water in a spray bottle on the area's where it might leak.

Pretty confident I installed everything correctly. Pressure test never crossed my mind though

Do a pressure test, the most pressure is 15#
A modified tire pump does a good job, most new pumps have a gauge.
