I have a Smoker Craft 192 Millentia with the carpeted floor. The floor is rotting out, as is spongy everywhere and at least 2 pedestal seats have separated from the floor. I have purchased 3/4" marine grade plywood to redo the deck. Anticipating i will need to remove the consoles and more to remove the deck. Question, is the deck screwed down or riveted to the boat? I plan to use an exterior textured vinyl product that is heat sealed at the joints and adheres to the plywood with marine grade glue? I am also putting in 2 floor drains to help get water into the sump and out of the boat. any tips, or tricks, suggestions of what else i might need to get this done? I believe the boat is a 1999 model year. Full of carpet and padding, which is pretty, but not really functional for slimy northern pike or catfish which is primarily what this boat does. Help or suggestions please. I know there is a fuel tank under the deck somewhere, so i have to be mindful when trying to remove the old deck. thanks

The deck is probably stapled down directly to the stringers.

Unless this exterior textured vinyl product is made for a boat, you may want to do something more marine rated like non-skid gelcoat on top of the fiberglass you lay over your new deck. It's not as hard as it sounds.

Brace yourself for finding more rotten wood (stringers, bulkheads, transom) and maybe even some waterlogged flotation foam under the floor after you pull it up. If that's the case, you'll have to decide whether or not you want a project and whether or not this boat is "the one" worth your time and money.

Save your money and buy exterior rated AC grade radiata pine plywood for about half the price of AA grade marine plywood.
