Yes i have this version and also an updated version. I followed the procedure with no success
Ah. Got you. Got to be a simple one you’d think eh. Especially being common to both. Any sign of water intrusion at the dash end local to the issue ? Can’t be at engine end you’d think. Be rare chance if it affecting so widely a location

I didn't see any water because the two buzzer are in a very protected area. What i am going to check tomorrow is the wiring. Looking at the schematic it is very simple (now that i have the correct one). One positive from key to buzzer and a negative connected to the ECU. I already checked the negative.

Problem solved!
It is difficult for me to explain the process in English but I will try.
Basically the Volvo Penta diagnosis is WRONG!
the dct 1642 is not real.
To recap, twin engine installation with EVC MC .
I disabled the multi sensor on both HIU in order to work separately on each engine.
Then i discovered that the fuel tank is not connected to the HIU but directly to the analog instrument on panel.
Because the engines have a mechanical control of power and not electronic there is no need for a interconnection between them.
Now i have NO FAULT and engines are running perfectly

Similar to what I was eluding to with the mercruiser inherent errors that aren’t actually there. That’s one of them on that too, I’m sure.
