I had my injectors cleaned one was bad, replaced it downloaded the software on evdiagnost v5 now it seems to miss fire at idle rough idle. Took it to the water ran it and it seemed that it intermittently loses power but still runs. Everything on eviagnost says that everything is fine no active codes. Any advice other then take it to the dealership?

Yes but the injector I got from the dealership has the same part number except it has the number 5-2 on it but the old ones have 4-1 on them

unfortunately the EMM can not see the mechanical aspects of the Injectors. it can only see OPEN if the current does not pass (open injector code).
Injectors use 55 VDC from the main buss and are pulsed with a ground from the EMM .

The EMM may be faulty (not pulsing the injector) . one such case was proven by monitoring the control lead to the injector (not the 55v source wire) there is a tool much like a spark plug " timing gun" which can be bridged on the control lead to the injector . "SEEING" irregularities will point to a bad EMM driver .

here is a 2010 book not a 2016 granted but the wire diagram at the back should be pretty close if you ever want to check the plsing from the EMM

AAA and Newer

3 Cylinder

BIP Iniector

** Previously Part # 5008886. Now Part #

5010221. N.B. 2013 and later Inline injectors have 35 degree nozzle angle and these injectors cannot be switched with 2012 and earlier without possible damage to the engine

A little info here:

1. Did you download the new injector file into the EMM? Two injectors that appear to be identical, and have the SAME part numbers, can have completely different coefficient files. Do yourself a favour and load the file in. You can easily burn up the motor running it lean with the wrong coefficient file.
2. To test the injectors, grab a strip of paper, put it in the spark plug hole, and use the "static test" command in evdiag to fire the injector. If the paper is wet with gas, the injector is working. Super easy. I also heard that you can use an inductive pickup timing light on the injector leads and it will pick it up. Not sure on this though.
