My 86 evinrude 70 hp 3 cylinder I picked up seems strange. I put a new water pump in it but the telltale stream isn't super strong like other motors. I am running it on a stand with muffs. It's cooling fine but I expected a stronger stream. I blew out the hose with compressed air but not much better. It is steady but not very forceful. I noticed the 2 exhaust relief holes on the exhaust housing sometimes have a lot of water coming out and sometimes not. Normal for these? Ideas? Thanks

Did you install the latest pump kit ?-----Does the tell tale hose fitting come off the side of the block or the top of the block ?

Pump kit 432955 was installed ???
Is something supposed to attach to those threads on the thermostat? Little confused. Also boats.net shows a pressure relief spring? Not sure what that's about thank you
