Sorry if I missed something, but I’m looking for a manual for my 1992 4.3

Hi everyone!

I am doing some maintenance on my boat before I drop her in (specifically rebuilding the carburetor and setting the timing), and I can’t seem to find the correct manual for my engine so I can properly set everything to spec. I’m specifically concerned about timing, I’m not sure if I need to go into “base mode” when setting it, if my boat even has that type of ignition.

The boat is a 1992 StarCraft 192 SS and the engine serial number is 0D809309.

I found a manual for 1993 and up but I don’t know if that will work.

You need manual #7.
You should have TB IV ignition. Timing is 8' btdc, it doesn't get set into base mode to time it.
