Outdrive cover for DPS-A outdrive

I pulled the outdrive cover off today to inspect the shift mechanism. I noticed tiny stress cracks around each of the 5 bolt holes. There is kind of a bushing in each of the holes to spread the load onto the plastic cover. Although one of the sleeves is missing.

Are these tiny stress cracks normal? Glue with super glue?

This appears to be pretty normal as mine has the same thing. I just remember to not to torque them down hard when installing.

Did you attempt to put some super glue on the tiny stress cracks?

I have not, but it might work. Just be sure to let the glue dry before installing obviously.

I also am missing one the SS sleeves that line the bolt holes. They do not look like VP sells them as a part.
