About six months ago I pulled my console to have it rebuilt and repainted. The last two days I have painstakingly been putting it back together. I have checked and double checked and tripled checked the wiring. Something is feeding hot to my - at all times and I have my front navlights not working.
As well as the catfishing sidelights on my boat. When I plug in the battery the dashlights come on and stay on. This is going to drain my battery very, very fast. They aren't supposed to be on unless the switches on. There are about five billion wires with just as many colors And I have no idea what any of them do or where they go or how to determine any of that?

About six months ago I took my console apart because it was trashed and I had to rebuild it. It looks beautiful now but i'm having issues with the switches. I could have sworn. I put everything back correctly and I've double checked and triple checked pictures and have confirmed. Something is feeding hot all the time to my switches and not feeding hot to one of my switches, my front nav lights and my side catfishing lights. I've gone out over it several times and I cannot figure this out for the life of me! Is there a wiring diagram somewhere?

Sounds like you have Ground and Hot reversed, somewhere.......
I'd start at your nav light/ cat fishing switch

No diagrams for any boats...motors yes, but boats no. Time to create your own ! Replace wires as needed, wire one item at a time and check each one. With a big bowl of spegetti, best to just start over......

I've got that one mostly figured out finally after five hours. My front nav lights only come on when I have the cat fishing lights on still but I can deal with that

Sounds like the "Supply" and "Load" on the Catfish switch are reversed.
