If Brand New OEM Sealed Gimbal Bearing got wet for 2 days is it toast?

30-879194A02 installed new. Allegedly, there was leak in U joints bellows at launch, and was not removed from freshwater lake for 2 days. I was not there.

Do I need to replace again this sealed greaseless gimbal bearing if it spins nice and easy?

The 4th of July countdown clock is ticking LOL. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

make sure all the water gets out of the bellows and it dries. normally when i have seen water ruin stuff is if its sits over the winter.

I really hate the sealed bearings I just replaced my original greaseable one on my 04 alpha gen 2. chasing a slight vibration not even sure if it was bad...
