You can't really fix stupid, but, you spend a lot of money trying !!Good point , while we have always had some marine rescue thing going on they have recently been hammering the coast guard membership thing .......the local one just got a new club house and Rib ,and their annual nationwide raffle has good prizes.
I think they should be charging (like wounded Bison ) any one who has to be rescued for stupid 5hit....like running out of fuel or poor maintenance issues . Stupid learns fast when you hit it in the pocket.
