The issue is the Fridge is not defrosting but I'm unable to find a defrost timer or heating element in the parts break down.

Model = AFB2534DEB

Labor day is the time to buy appliances and that's what we're going to do, but still would like to fix the issue. I takes about a month for the freezer cools to freeze up and I take everything apart and melt the ice off and start again

Can anyone find where the parts for this Fridge are located?

Defrost Thermostat
The Whirlpool WP67003426 is a defrost thermostat found inside the freezer compartment of a refrigerator, specifically clipped onto the evaporator coil. To access it, you will typically need to remove the freezer's back panel. This component is a small device, about the size of a dime, that acts as a temperature sensor for the evaporator coils, melting frost during the defrost cycle to ensure proper ventilation and cooling

Thanks guys
Uses a element and thermostat

Might need to but the element and thermostat because one of the 2 is bad, and getting back in there again (third time) should have everything
