Force 125 Anyone recognize this part?

I found this part lying at the bottom of the engine compartment. Can't determine what it came off of. Similar in color to the carbs. The squared off section and the handle indicates some leverage is involved. Thanks.Force125Part2.jpgForce125Part1.jpg

But, unfortunately I can’t identify the part for you. Could be a manual choke lever.

From lack of use, the motor is not running well at idle. Smooth for a few seconds, then stumbles for a few seconds, the pattern repeats itself. I think I'm dealing with a fuel delivery issue to one of the carbs, most likely the upper one. When priming, I noticed fuel leakage at the coupling, so I ordered new o-rings for that. I also saw someone comment that the fuel diaphragm should be replaced periodically, so I ordered that too. With the cover off, I happened to see this part laying at the bottom of the compartment, below the carbs. No clue what it is or where it fell off from.
