Anyone still running a Berkeley Jet?

I saw a couple of videos discussing repair/refurbish of the subject jet units. It looks like parts are available. The old Olds engines are not widely avail. Are there newer engines that are used?

Are the more modern PWC jets more efficient? Their impellers are quite different than the Berkely Jet impellers.

Inquiring minds want to know.

as stated, BBC's some supercharged LS motors.

the PWC based jets are similar but different as you eluded to. they are designed for mass-production. Where Berkely / Jacuzzi / dominator / drake, etc. were specialty products

think toyota tercell vs a hand-build vehicle.
